What do you want most in your life? For many people, this is a difficult question to answer. What we want can feel so overwhelming that we tend to settle for wherever we are at. As the days go by, we can find less meaning and purpose in our life. I have found that unless we tap into the voice in our hearts, we will continue to listen to what our mind is saying. Most often, the mind is demanding and critical, filled with stories that keep us in our comfort zone. What would your life be like if you began to listen more to your heart?

My heart has been yearning for more out of life. This last month, I focused on new activities that felt in alignment with my mind and heart. I decided to join a new running group, attend a few self-defense classes, and discovered a woman’s networking group. I found with each new activity, I had fun, met new friends, felt more more empowered and found my heart singing with delight.

I am not sure I have ever used the word delight before. Listening to my heart allowed me to take each area of my life to a new level as new doors and opportunities opened up before my eyes. This is the power within us. When we are in alignment, and on purpose, change can happen in an instant. Where do you crave change in your life?

I invite you to ask yourself- what do you want most right now? If you don’t know, that is ok. We all learn through contrast. Begin to pay attention to what feels heavy to you and what feels exciting. As you begin to feel more excitement, create more awareness. What do you want most?

I look forward to hearing about your experiences in the comments below!

All my love,
Robin
