It’s December! Can you believe it?
When it comes to the end of the year, it is time for holiday parties, family gatherings, fun and connection.
It is also a time when we want to run and hide from all of the added busy-ness and stress.
This is the time that I consistently ask myself, “Am I fully present or am I focused on my “to-do” list?”
This year, give yourself the gift of you. Take the time to find your calm and center. Take the time to find fulfillment.
Here is my favorite 1-minute meditation to give your mind a break and open the door to your heart.
Close your eyes
Focus on your heart
Take three deep breaths into your heart space
Feeling more calm and connected? Thats it. Super simple.
