This weekend I attended a business breakthrough workshop in La Jolla, CA. I entered the weekend with an open mind ready to be inspired and learn new strategies to streamline my goals. As we progressed through the days, I found it interesting that the content delivered was 90% mindset and 10% strategy. I committed to releasing any beliefs that were holding me back and what I walked away with was more than I could have ever imagined. I found a clarity that has been unfolding little by little over time. It finally hit me loud and clear!
On Sunday morning, I woke up at 6am excited to escape from my room and go for a run. It was the last day and I had no idea what was beyond the front door of the hotel. I had a choice to run the trails of the UC San Diego campus or stay on the roads and explore the city. I chose the city. As soon as I approached the bridge and turned the corner, I saw a gorgeous sunrise peering through a mountain of trees. Yellow, orange and pink light filled the sky lighting a path in front of me. The darkness turned to light and brought on a rewiring in my brain.
The universe sent a message that I have known for quite some time, but in that moment, it was like being hit on the head with a hammer and drilled into the ground. Any ounce of unconscious doubt I may have had was knocked out. In an instant, I had dropped straight into my heart and felt the truth inside. There was no turning back.
I have experienced a lot of pain in my life and yet through the pain I have found true fulfillment and freedom. I have learned to see beauty in the twists and turns of life and rely on the strength within to guide me through the challenges. I have learned that life is too short. I will not settle for anything less than living my fullest potential and I dream of inspiring millions to do the same.
The greatest gift in life is to know ourselves. When we know who we are, we create a solid foundation to live a life of meaning and purpose. Clarity is a gift that allows us to realize our full potential and design a life that reflects our greatest hopes and dreams and through living our dreams, we make a difference in the world.
