We all know feeling stuck can be frustrating, but how do we move forward?

Last week I went to see The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It was such a beautiful movie and the line that easily wedged itself into my thoughts was “we accept the love we think we deserve.” This statement resonated with me deeply because this is the thought pattern that I have personally struggled with unconsciously throughout my life. It was not until I released this thought pattern that I could receive everything my heart desired out of life.

Our lives are a reflection of our greatest hopes and fears. We bring to us whatever it is we need in order to heal. As we discover and remember our true selves, the truth and love within us, we begin to perceive our lives in a new way.  It may be a relationship that drains our power so that we can learn how to empower ourselves or a job where we find ourselves bored to tears to show us our true calling. An objective perspective on our lives can help us to see what we are attracting and choose a new direction from a place of alignment in our mind, body, heart and spirit. This is where real change begins.

I encourage you to start with reflecting on each choice, are you choosing to listen to your mind or to your heart?
